Room Forty offers classes for all abilities
The Room Forty baking school is growing rapidly, other classes are run at venues across Warrington, St Helens and Liverpool. As the school is mobile it is also available for private house bookings which are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative fun, educational event that suits all ages.
Jen Perry, proprietor of Room Forty mobile afternoon tea emporium and mobile cookery school says: “We are so very excited about our new season of Spring/Summer baking classes now that the lighter nights are here as on warm nights, we spill out into the gardens for our tea breaks. The feedback that we have had following our classes has been astonishing.
“Our classes are much cheaper than others in the region because we are passionate about baking, passionate about real, additive free food and delight in passing on our baking skills and knowledge. We have fun teaching and the groups have great fun learning
“Classes cost from only £55. Costs include the cost of all ingredients, samples of bread and nibbles to eat and copious quantities of tea and coffee. Class participants also leave with recipes and the breads that they bake.”
