Liverpool’s Red and Blue Restaurants achieves The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2019

One of Liverpool’s best-loved restaurant groups is celebrating after being selected as one of the best small companies to work for by The Sunday Times. Founded in 2010, Red & Blue Restaurants operates Salt House Tapas, Hanover Street Social Brasserie and Bacaro, serving Italian small plates. It launched a new casual dining venue, Rocket & Ruby, last November, with a branch of Bacaro opening in Manchester later this year – Red and Blue’s first outside Liverpool.

The company achieved a Best Companies top score 3* accreditation recognising our extraordinary levels of employee engagement – the only hospitality company in this difficult category.
