Liberte’s team of chefs have been developing the menu for several months to create unique and popular dishes. Originally due to open towards the end of Autumn last year, the launch was delayed so the team could get everything just right.
Head Chef Martin Zetek says: “The style of our dishes is modern cuisine with a strong pan Asian influence. Our signature dishes will comprise of soy caramel beef, Liberte lamb and Asian inspired gnocchi. All produce is freshly sourced by local suppliers including Hogans. Martin adds: “When in the planning stages we strived to stand out from the crowd, doing so with an exclusive concept and reinventing certain dishes. I have been developing the menu for a number of months now and am excited to finally showcase our offering to diners in the city.”
General Manager John adds: “Since opening the cocktail bar last year we have built up a really good clientele and we will now add food with the restaurant open from 12 until 10 daily. We then take it up a notch at the weekend with vocal anthems from 10 until 2 so it’s the perfect spot to start and end your night.”
Liberté has views of the city, especially the waterfront and the three graces. With a huge 2000 sq. foot plus rooftop also part of the brand the team have events lined up for this year in the city.
