The fireworks return to Chester Racecourse on Saturday 2 November with The Lord Mayor’s Fireworks Extravaganza
Spectators are encouraged to enjoy the full offering on the evening.
In addition to the fireworks on the night, there will be a fairground located across the track and plenty of food and beverage outlets from which to purchase drinks and snacks. The White Horse garden will be open to anyone with a ticket and feature a BBQ offering and fully stocked bar.
The Kids’ Zone in the Dee Stand will have additional free activities for youngsters aged 10 and under, including glow in the dark face painting and lantern-making.
Capital North West & North Wales Drivetime presenter Ben Sheppard will host the event, playing music for the crowd to enjoy from 5pm.

- You can also purchase tickets in person from the Chester Racecourse Box Office and Share Shop on Northgate Street, Chester.
This is a not for profit event. A bucket collection will be conducted by volunteers on the evening and proceeds will be donated to the charity, who provide help and support for homeless people across Cheshire, Flintshire and further afield. The bucket collection will be conducted around the periphery of the racecourse and across the site and members of the public enjoying the festivities are encouraged to give generously to this deserved cause.
